The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and applying for federal, state, and foundational grants, as well as engaging with potential donors to secure financial support for the organization’s operations and programs. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to promoting the mission of Darkness RISING are essential for this position.
DR Live: 7 North Carolina Volunteer Coordinator
This role is ideal for someone passionate about Black mental health and creating positive change. Working closely with the Community Engagement Coordinator and Executive Director, you will recruit, train, and supervise volunteers, ensuring they are well-equipped for their roles. This part-time, flexible position the opportunity to contribute to impactful community events, culminating in the Darkness RISING Project: Live 7 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
