Ms. Davis curates mental health events, self-care & personal wellness sessions & believes that counseling and educating youth and young adults is a “work of heart”.
Started in February 2017, 323 Counseling & Consulting Services, PLLC. (formerly known as Heartwork Trending) provides counseling, self care coaching & mental health services to youth & young adults, families, and professional organizations in the local Houston area to educate and equip clients to grow into their full potential to in turn, build stronger communities. We teach people how to do life for a living.
