Darkness RISING Project is a 501(c)3 nonprofit which provides direct mental health resources and helps those in the Black community have conversations about their mental health and emotional well-being. We accomplish this by partnering with mental health providers, mental health educators, and Black performers from the Broadway community to create events, seminars, and direct resources where the intersection between mental health education and the arts collide!

ABOUT THE EVENT: Darkness RISING: Live is our annual music and mental health event featuring the Black Broadway community performing inspirational songs for Black mental health, and Black mental health providers as our guest speakers. The concert benefits Darkness RISING Project Nonprofit, a 501(c)3 organization that provides direct mental health resources to the Black community. This FREE block party includes vendors, live music, wellness vendors, Black mental health providers, resources, and more! This event is open to the public and all communities are welcome.
